SmartLink Email iTool Enhanced with New Features
Now Integrates with Your Contacts Database iTool
October 2008: Quantum Leap launched newly enhanced SmartLink, an easy to use iTool to create email campaigns, e-newsletters and e-invites. The new enhancements include 2 robust features:
1) Ability to create email lists from multiple sources and purge duplicates. List can be complied through direct entry, importing excel lists and through Your Contacts, Quantum Leap’s customer database management solution. In addition, the newly enhanced SmartLink can integrate with an existing CRM tool.
2) Integration of SmartLink’s Report Capabilities that capture the individual and date of interaction with the email and its specific attached links. In addition, report information is integrated with Your Contacts, where the SmartLink email interaction is displayed with the overall activity history of the recipient.
SmartLink represents the next generation in email tools. A secure alternative to HTML, SmartLink is delivered to your recipient’s email inbox as a link. Recipients are not required to download photos or content to their desktop in order to properly view your email content. Rather, they simply click the link.
“Any time you download files you put your computer at risk to security breaches. As a result, many corporations are restricting HTML email delivery, decreasing HTML email effectiveness,” said Mary Henry, Quantum Leap COO.
